Giuseppe Minervini was born in southern Italy, between the sea and the olive trees of Puglia, in September 1983.
Initially, he found himself on the right side of the mirror, only to move to his current universe at the age of nine, after a mirror shattered upon him.
Long before he could retain memories, he took a pencil or pen in hand to start drawing. Some sources revealed his already remarkable talent, but probably considering him a child prodigy was a direct consequence of the limited artistic education in his original environment.
This simple and natural inclination would accompany him throughout his life, leading him to coexist with the classification of an artist, from which he consistently sought to free himself whenever possible.
After five years of studying at a technical industrial institute, the result of a poorly executed attempt to discourage his creative tendencies, he finally pursued artistic and narrative illustration studies between Bari and Rome. This path then led him to develop, clearly on his own, his expressive style in constant evolution.
He started working in the world of comics and illustration, and after several years in Berlin, rediscovered his connection with oil painting, also because he thinks that among the many ways to poison himself, this is one of the most pleasant and prolific. This renewed passion led to the realization of exhibitions and events in the German capital.
In recent years, he also approached the worlds of theater and cinema, overseeing the set design, and in some cases, assuming the role of artistic director.
An experienced navigator of uncertainty, he believes in failure as a source of learning, fights against commonplaces that sabotage personal growth, and believes that the tendency to follow one person's nature should replace the cold concept of innate talent.
